never heard of that one before

is it a cordless phone as i think it might be interfering with the actual TV set

i remeber this happening to me once many many years ago using a pace analogue receiver

Yeah, happens here too (eircom, Ireland) but only on Cam channels...

This was happening to me a little while ago and it was down to a bad wire coming in from the main telephone cable (it was rotten and causing a bad conection under load) you would of never noticed as the telephone was fine just disconnected the broadband every time you made or answered a call.

Check your incoming wire and any extention boxes for a bad joint / connection.

This could be a problem with the dect interferring with the receiver and causing high BER. I've never seen it myself, but have heard of it.

If it's a disconnecting internet problem, this is something that cannot be discussed in this context, as you would clearly be breaking forum rules!

Suggesting that you get your subscription through the internet via card sharing... Now, if the user had a problem where their internet kept being lost whenever the phone was picked up, then that's a problem that should be posted in the general computer section of the forum, as it has nothing to do with the box per se...
