[TM-2T] playback keeps stopping and then stops

I have checked over the forum and cant see this issue with my box tm nano 2t

build number 041 on Apollo 3.9.7

I have internal hdd 300 gb with fan settings set to 50% fan speed and same for standby fan 1 pwm
have even taken the case off to check if its cover heating, didn't resolve any problem

changed the flash from 33 to 37 to 41 and have used the restore for settings and plugins
still have the problem on any image I use.

the problem I get is after recording any channel, I play back the recorded channel and the playback will freeze and stick every 3 - 5 - 7 mins on playback, when its frezes the only way to resolve this problem is to fast forward the playback at 8x or 16 x and then the playback comes back, does any body else have this problem ?

I had a similar issue yesterday evening on my TM-TWIN, whilst playing back something that was still being recorded the Vix log appeared in the top left hand corner (spinning fast), however, for me none of the remote control keys responded at all, the playback eventually froze completely and I had to power down the unit, no logs recorded.

I'm using the latest firmware (Apollo.054, Kernel: 3.9.7).

I've been experiencing lots of random reboots lately too, Vix seems quite unstable for me at the moment.
