Plugin browser download list empty

Hi guys,

I have flashed latest image 5.2.025 and I can't download any plugin from the plugin browser. I go to Menu/Plugins and then a list of different things come up: CrossEPG Downloader, EPG-Importer, Firmware Upgrade, IMDB search........... The problem is when I press the green button to Download plugins the next screen of install plugins is empty. I can not install any softcam plugin and obviously I need CCCam and Oscam for certain things. I have been looking in here and other forums and I know you can install ipk files but I can't find any website that keeps plugins to download. Also how do I install these IPK files? Can anybody help please?

transfer ipk to /tmp

blue, ViX, install local extension

But you really should find out why plugins are empty. See your other thread.
