[VU+ Duo] plugins

just updated to 012 and when I try to download plugins all I get is no network check cable and settings and try again but network test shows all ok and oscam is working
any ideas

I am getting Feeds down for maintenance, no plug ins either on a VU+ Duo image 018

Any help would be appreciated.
