Rakuten TV Plugin

similar to the samsung tv plugin i created another sibbling for rakuten tv.
during my testing it turned out that rakuten uses geo-blocking. as i dont have vpn, i could only test it for germany.
i would be interested in getting feedback if it works in other countries as well. so, if you like give it a try for your country. thanks.

in the meantime i got access to vpn... and was able to test a few countries that all worked: austria, great britain, spain, usa. so if you are in those countries you should not need vpn for your own country.

so, just install again according to instructions.

So installed ok this time but it only fetched the picons for the main plugin channels no picons for the bouquet, it goes through the process of fetching but they don't end up in the folder on my HDD,
Tested on UK.

Is there no VoD on Rakuten ?

there is vod but it is drm protected. so, we cant watch it with e2.
