Have you tried re-flashing WITHOUT settings restore?

Have you tried re-flashing WITH a settings restore?

NO

I think version 6.7.009 is the best
but there is always room for improvement, like watching something else
while recording it could be better than it is now
will there be any solutions to that problem

there is just a black screen or a freeze frame when you try to watch TV while
recording a program

it's great you don't have to restart when you add new skins

openvix gets better and better over time

when you start dreambox it doesn't go to the tv's hdmi

then you have to choose hdmi on the tv yourself it would be nice if it gets fixed

Are you using a CI module for record and playback? If so it is limit to viewing one source.

His Terrestrial services are encrypted and need the CI module to view them.

The problem is his configuration is very specific. 2 CI modules and 2 T2 tuners. We cannot test that since don't have that equipment.

using two CI modules

not using commor interface turn it off completely also caid because otherwise it won't record two programs at once

so keep it up
