What way do you have your boxes at night?
I have been leaving it just on standby but i am not keen as fan is running and box is still 'at full tilt'.
I was thinking of the following in power timer settings to give box a break:
0100 - auto deep standby
0600 - wake up
0610 - restart gui
0620 - autobouquets scan
0630 - EPG update
0640 - standby (do nothing)
has anyone any experience of this sort of thing or what setup do you use?
