[ABM-DVB-C] Timeout for tuner lock

Hi all. I have bought a Gigablue quad plus from WOS with sat and cable tuners. I have successfully setup the sat side but after I have scanned and found cable channels I start a scan in ABM but get the Timeout for tuner lock error. I have searched around but cant find anything that has solved the problem. Any advice?

Have you enabled virgin as a provider in ABM config, AND entered your net I'd in ABM config.

How many tuner? Do they all have cables connected?

Hello :wave: have you set your EPG location Settings correctly
if you select EPG in the main menu then press Settings you should find an option to Enable Virgin EPG just set it to yes and your cable EPG should scan

Thanks for the responses.
I did enable virgin as a provider in ABM.
I have 2 sat and 2 cable tuners. 2 sat are not connected and 2 cable are connected and the scan was made with the feed in the last tuner.
I have just rebooted the box after putting the kids to bed and it appears to be working now with the feed in the first cable tuner.
However I have just followed the EPG settings, thanks for that.

Very strange as I have been trying so many combinations all day.

Is there anything else I should do to set it up properly? I want to set up the sat side as well but dont want to muck the whole thing up.

Ok, very strange. I changed the skin and lost channels.

Update.

I changed the feed back and rescanned ABM and it worked.
