Transmission torrent player for Enigma2 by diable/ostende

Install the plugin - 2 ways via Telnet commands (PuTTy app from Windows/Linux ==> PurE2):

The plugin is not showing in "Plugins" section, I'm afraid...

Restart E2 via remote...

Now I see it...

3) Offering to install the server > doing it > restarting automatically...

4) TMDB plugin is not installed > offering to do it > confirm > restart automatically...

Starting Transmission > press MENU to go to > Settings > change the default language/subtitles > SubDl Api Key > Save...

Autostart enabled etc.

5) Choose a film > Preload buffer > press OK to start a film > WORKING!!!!

WELL DONE diable/ostende!!!

P.S. Problem getting subtitles for "Lifeforms (2023)"...

Are you saying there is a version on the feeds that doesn't work?

I merely described what I did in a single STB with a single E2 distro.

I have no idea if it works in other distros and other boxes.

Hmmm... PurE2 is a bit different, as it has its own version of SubSupport... Which has OpenSubs FNC (a hacked version) - which doesn't work now, so it's better disabled, not sending many wrong subs on purpose!

Tried "The Other" (2025) - not working whatever I try... With or without OpenSubs FNC (hacked).

"Shawshank redemption" ('cause it's old and many sites have the subs) > again no subs auto-downloaded... BUT! It did work via SubSupport built-in the PurE2... Eventually...

As I said, I had to disable OpenSubs FNC because it was sending the wrong ones in large numbers, then it worked...
