Unicable II Vs Universal LNBs

As part of a new build, I am putting in the TV distribution.
3 TV points will have 2 coax (and one Cat6) cables back to a single point.

I think the above setup would work fine for either type of satellite LNB
The man differences I see are:

Unicable II advantages
Signal can be split (not really a big one for me)
A single cable can provide multiple feeds from the dish. (I am considering getting a STB with FBC tuners which would maximise this)

Unicable II disadvantages
Receiver needs to be Unicable compatible. I believe pretty much everything made in the last 5 years will work.

Does anyone see any reason why not to go with a Unicable II LNB?

With unicable you only need to run a single cable into the loft and distribute from a splitter to the various rooms.
You only actually need to run a single cable to each room as you can put a twin splitter on the end of each cable.
I have a fair few E2 boxes, both old and new, and they all work with unicable.

I don't really have room in the loft so am running the cables to a cupboard in the utility room.

I am playing to install a unicable 2 LNB and feed it to a splitter in the utility.
I'll also be running an aerial feed for Saorview(Irish terrestrial) and will also split that in the utility.

Each TV point will have 2 coax feeds so plan to feed one Unicable and one Saorview feed to reach TV.

I'm hoping to get a box with an FBC tuner to take care of all recordings and also to server local streams to tablets/mobiles if needed.

It sounds like I won't need legacy ports on the Unicable LNB

In theory the only disadvantage I can see apart from the higher price, is the splitter insertion loss,
up to -5db for a 2 way splitter, up to -10db for a 4 way splitter etc.

As long as your dish isn't undersized the unicable lnb must simplify just about everyting.
