URL error

I’m getting the message ‘URL error’ when I search for plugins, and when I search for software downloads. My network test is positive. I have tried restarting the network. EPG is partially loaded on startup, and takes about 15 minutes to complete. What should I try to resolve the issue?

strangely change DNS to google 8.8.8.8 .That did it here and changed back after

The old ‘Turning power off and on again’ seems to have resolved the issue for now
