viewing channels

I have installed the cateyes plugin for motorised system and am trying to view 26e and 25e satellites amoungst others, some channels are there but not many but the ones that are there there is nothing coming up on them at all and I get the ' bad tuner ' message come up with NO snr or ACC both at 0%


Any ideas?

Lots of channels are on transponders that cant be received in the UK, what are the channels you are trying to pick up?

satellite's 26e, 25e etc..

What channels on these satellites are you trying to get? There are different beams and most of them cannot be received in the UK. Also it would be helpful to state your dish size and rough location
