I am running Vix image on recently purchased Octagon sf8Hd build 761

Image Manager job failing Backup Manager working ok please can someone advise

I dont think its the same problem as backup manager doesn't crash and there are no crashlogs. but I've never been able to do an image backup. Every time I try an image backup the root_cfe_auto.jffs2 file is to small at 16, 896kb.
Any ideas
And I'm using an vu+ uno

we really do need debug logs for such reports otherwise we really have no where to start.
