[TM-2T] VIX Pluggins

Have previously been able to install Pluggins but lately I'm getting the message "sorry feeds seem to be unstable. If you wish to use them please enable allow unstabe updates in online update setup". Can anyone explain as I can't find a setting to change to enable. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Menu> Setup> System> ( I always forget which way those go but i'm at work so cant verify rite now ).

Here you should see a option for software / online update, where you can change the option to allow unstable updates. again sorry for being so cryptic i'm going off memory and mine is a little fuzzy rite now.
