Vu+ Box not booting up

Hello,
My Vu+Duo box wont boot up. When I switch it on, it says loading and the VIX symbol rotates in the top left. It then goes to a black screen and says it has encountered a software problem and will close in 10 sec . It then reverts back to the first screen with the rotating VIX symbol and the remote does nothing, including the on/off button. Im new to this so any help will be greatly appreciated.

Sounds lke it's in an E2 crashloop.
You can still ftp into it & get one of the crashlogs, generated by default in /home/root/logs/

Log would be much easier to read...
Anyway, your issue is that your flash is full, so you either need to find out what has filled it & delete it or just reflash.

Thanks, i will try a reflash

The reflash will fix the issue for now, but won't let you know what went wrong or how to avoid & fix the issue in future without another reflash.
A telnet command like:

find / -type f -size +30000k -exec ls -lh {} \; | awk '{ print $9 ": " $5 }'

Would show you any files on the box above 30mb & likely to be the issue.
