Vu + Duo hanging at startup

Hello all,
Just had my first gremlin with the VU+ Duo running on the latest image & thought I'd tell.
The startup sequence hanged at the point where the VIX letters rotate, the reciever seemed to go in to a kind of coma, all I could see happening was the letter rotation.The remote wasnt recognised (not even the off button) - nothing for it so I switched off power and tried again after a few minutes.
Same thing again this time I waited a whole hour but no change, so opted to do a cold reset - powered off again and restarted this time with my flash drive in containing the image instalation data. The reciever read in the data and after setting up, now runs problem free.
So why should it hang in the first place - anyone any ideas? Its strange as this is the first time I've experienced this ever and havnt messed about with the customize menu (or the like ) such that I could have caused a conflict and the VU+ Duo worked clean as a whistle last so there was no sign anything was wrong - (might be it could have corrupted data itself which caused the hanging prob for eg)

Could be a number of reasons, including But not limited to a almost full flash. Without debug logs or more detailed info about your setup at the time we would just be guessing as to the cause. If you do suffer similar symptoms again try enabling debug logs or post here and we will try to help.
