VU+ Duo Smargo Smartreader Issue

I have just upgraded to Vix 3.0 and can't get my smargo smartreader to work in USB1 or USB2 (works fine with USB0 the one at the front but I'd rather have it at the rear out of sight). Was working in USB1 on VIX 2.3 I have tried updating the config file as per below but still doesn't work when I go in to cam manager it says card reader /dev/tty/USB1 no or unknown card inserted but when I move the smargo to USB0 and change the config file it works fine. I have downloaded the USB Serial drivers plug in but still only works on USB0. Below is the config I was using before.

SERIAL READER : /dev/ttyUSB1 smartreader+

Any help greatly appreciated.

Managed to resolve it for some reason it thinks that the usb at the back is USB0 the same as the one at the front.
