VU+ Duo2 Has stopped switching from Tuner A to Tuner B automatically

Hi, i have a VU+ Duo2 box. My friend set it up and was working perfectly. Accidentally switched it off at the plug the other day, now it wont switch tuners automatically.

i.e. I'm recording a satellite movie channel and it wont let me watch a second satellite channel. (it used to).

It wont automatically switch from Tuner A to Tuner B. I have turned off A, I can watch through B. They are both working it just wont switch.

Hope that makes sense and someone can help.

I am a VU and satellite novice so please bear with me if you get technical.

you need to download softcam 2.3.0 this should work. I had same problem and I know a fair few people had same issue
