[VU+ Duo2] Vu+duo2 update is not working !

My Duo2 will not update from 001 to 003 it says 374 packages to update it goes through the update process then remains in standby when i power up it is still at 001 with an update available !! please please help

Need to do a Virgin flash.

Backup your settings first than download and flash the latest image and can restore settings and pkygins
