Vu+ solo lost all 19.2 28.2 channels

Last night doing a scan on 19.2 and 28.2 with motorised setup with vix image. I get no channels found but 5w .8w 13e 42e and 45e are ok. Even restored a previous image all setup and no channels again on 19 and 28. I do have tuner failed message from time to time. Anyone had this problem before.
