vu+ solo wont flash (no picture on tv)

hiya ive recently got a vu+ solo i (i believe its a clone) which was set up before i recieved it (ccam info) this morning the green light is stuck on and no picture being recieved by tv (either via hdmi or scart)
can any body help me and where to get the right image from and ccam software.
i also run a dreambox 800hd and have no issues with that on same leads>

any help is greatfully recieved. thanks

Take your clone piece of s&@t and throw it in the bin, you'll get no help with it here
