vu+uno get started!!

Hi,
I just bought vu+uno, when i was with the seller it works normally.
Un m'y home i connected it with my tv
But when booting There is no Channel working
I bought lan key (sagem), tried to set up lan i got:
Local network not connected
Server name not confirmed

CAN you guys help me to run my vu+uno correctly, knowing That worked fine when i was with the seller

Yes, all channels are There.
I positionned my dish on ASTRA
But no Channel respond

I'd suggest you return the box, possibly on the sellers head & re-read the site rules.
