[ET8500] Xtream Editor App Code 0

Hi All, Appreciate any help or guidance. I use Xtream Editor as my IPTV app. Recently I upgraded the app to 2.12.
After upgrade it stopped working as I cannot get an App code or QR code, it returns 0. Please see attached app.jpg.

I went to Xtream editor website and it states make sure parental control is enabled. So I enabled parental control in Open Vix 5.1.033 and then it worked for a number of days.
However today it has stopped working again. Parental control is enabled. One other thing that Xtream Editor website also states is Activate Multi-Bouquet.

2 Questions

1) Where do I activate Multi-Bouquet on OpenVix 5.1.033 ?
2) Anyone got any other ideas ?

Default -multi bouquet.#
Every time somebody mentions Xstream Editor there is an issue.
Why don‘t you use suls plugin (its in the downloads - go the web site to learn more (just google))), its easy will work with most providers (although your provider will probably say no - often because they want to control what you do)

How have you installed on your receiver? Go to plugins, red button to remove and then reboot the receiver. Go to xtreme website and DL plugin again and ftp to tmp and install using remote. I have been using Xtreme for 10 months now and think it is an amazing feature, you cant personalise Suls like you can XE and so your stuck with the Porn and countries you have no interest in.
