Zgemma H7 Iptv app slow

Hi all. Just wondering if there is a fix for my zgemma which is gone very slow when selecting IPTV channels. Seems to take 8 to 10 seconds to move between channels or movie selections.

I power down and reboot regularly but no luck. Any ideas. Thanks

Menu/setup/system/logs/settings enable, save to hdd/usb, local time allow restart
Then post debug log after playing some files.
edit out any userid/passwd info
