If you have not already done so you will need to flash the latest bootloader​

All Users
A full flash is required for this version of ViX image. Because of extensive changes you will not be able to perform an online update or restore any settings/plugin backups

New Features
Blindscan
Now uses RF values in GUI not IF.
C band searches possible.
Supports symbol rates from 1 - 45MHz.
Channel Selection
Support added to change font sizes and number of rows.
Support added to have a 3rd event showing (skin dependent)
Support added to display start time and end time for all events shown.
EPG Selection
Added help screen to all epg selection screens.
Added support to change font sizes and number of rows.
Language Selection
Added English (UK) to available languages.
Translations
Added support for English (UK).
Sorting
You may now sort Menus, Settings and Plugin Browser alphabetically.
Network Browser
Uses less memory during Scan.
Moved to new Setup Mounts screen.
Openwebif
New style webif now accessed using default port 80
Old style webif still available if required for use with certain PC signal meters and Fancontrol 2

As part of streamlining the image, removed NFS, AFP, Samba, OpenVPN, Inadyn, MiniDLNA & uShare from default image (still available to install through feeds)
Bootlogo's
Now available for direct install via plugins feed.
On Screen Hints
Now available as options are selected.
USB DVB
Added dvb-as102 support (by Gennart1).
Skin
Brand New skin ViXBMC by markus625 added to feeds.
Native skins updated and optimised.
Instant Record from channel list, EPG or current channel.
Enhanced Movie List Features

Button Mappings

Short Red** & *** - Show current channel EPG info (ViX Single EPG).
Long Red*** - HBBTV ( ET series and select channels only).
Short Green** & *** - Timers.
Long Green*** - AutoTimer Timers.
Short Yellow*** - EPG Search.
Long Yellow*** - Instant IMDB Database search on the current programme.
Short Blue - Extensions.
Long Blue*** - Plugins Menu.
EPG - Opens ViX EPG.
Left/Right** - Opens ViX QuickEPG.
Left/Right** - Opens ViX QuickEPG.
Up/Down** - Open Full Screen Channel List.
TV Button** - Open Full Screen Channel List.
Long TV Button - Open Bouquets List.

HbbTV is embedded in the image, started by long-red and skin independant.
But the channel you are watching should support it (as can be seen by the HbbTV icon in the infobar), and of course an internet connection is required.

yes just FTP into etc/enigma2 and copy the autotimer.xml file to your pc, then once reflashed copy it back.

Hm, thant won't work on my et9000 ... "Das Erste" is with hbbtv but there is only the
short epg is onening ... ?

On ET9000 on Das Erste long-red should indeed show HbbTV. I just checked it on my ET9200 and there it works. It should work on all ET, xmt the 5000; I have no idea why it doesn't work on yours.
Do you use the original R/C?

The Hbbtv icon shows on a number of the German HD channels but nothing happens when I press a long red. I have the original remote and other long presses work OK.

HbbTV-mode should be entered, as an overlay on the lower part of the screen. Watching TV continues.
If long-red gives the channel-EPG, HbbTV is not supported (although I don't understand the reason for that).

Finally made the switch from openpli to Vix and after setting up everything correct to my wishes I must say; I am totally impressed with the quality and ease of use of your image and the VIX EPG is also excellent. Awesome and I will stick with you guys. :thumbsup:

Two questions though: When I use my favourite skin Magic-Skin HD i get no ECM times listed, when I use the VIX skins I get the ECM times when pressing the OK button.

I have used the magic-hd skin with openpli and then I always got the ECM times. I very much like the magic-hd night skin but I like to see the ecm times as well.

Second: How do I change in Forecast plugin the startcity in Netherlands/Eindhoven permanently? I can scroll for ages with the OK button to that city but how do I get that fixed as startcity so that when I open up Forecast it starts with that city? Perhaps second question needs to go in separate thread? If so my apologies.

1. ecm times..in magic HD it is in 2nd infobar. In magic HD Night ii is in first infobar
Also you setup in OSD settings use of one/two lines, depending on skin u use
