yes running 3.0 build 204 i see there is updates to 3.0 build 242 this evening i click on update and it says checking update in background but nothing happens ?

Can you please provide steps to reproduce this crash?
Also, a crash log, generated in /home/root/ would be good.

Sorry its not the EPG button that crashes it!!
Its when I press the UP button to go into EPG

We are aware of the EPG issue, when you say 'crashing all over now' can you let us know on what screens?
Also, uploading the crash logs for those would be handy.

I did a image back up from when installed vix 3.0
When i try to reload it uploads as a usb.zip, am i doing it wrong

the zip needs to be extracted to your USB in the correct format before you can re-flash.

I have gone into image manager/the selected a saved image and pressed download but it says cant remove no such directory. Help

well no need for the amateur dramatics, we are aware of the problems in this latest build are are looking into them. for now you can either flash back to 242 or use restore from a image backup ( as we always advise making a backup prior to updating ).

also if you have crash logs submit them to us so that we can find the problem.

Done a reflash vix 3'0 build 204 backup all back and running waiting for a fix before updating.
