Hi,
I'm running the latest Vix set up from scratch about 2 weeks ago.
About every 2nd day at best, but a few times per day at worst, I get "tune failed" errors on channels that I know for sure are working and have not changed.
The solution seems to be that I go to Service Searching, Sat Finder, and redefining the transponder selection.
Sometimes it is only 1 tuner, sometimes its both that seem to have forgotten the settings. Equally the solution is sometimes to switch from Manual to Predefined, and sometimes vice versa. I have 1 tuner set to 19.2 and the other to 28.2, and both tuners are fed both by means of 2 Diseqc switches
I can't see a pattern in this at all, but the only indication is either failed recordings, or that either 19.2 or 28.2 channels (or all channels) are offline all of a sudden.
There was a discussion about FPGA settings on the Ultimo that sounded a bit similar, but I couldnt see anything similar for the Duo.
Any ideas anyone please?
