[VU+ Duo] New update 3.0 398, lost mounts again

As title states just updated to latest vix and I've lost my mounts again. Keeps failing when tyring to remount.

This has happened before on earlier builds...I know I have to re-flash to remedy...pain in arse. Just wondered why it happens.

FTP into the box and delete the file automount.xml in /etc (might be enigima2 after that but can't recall top of my head)

You will need to recreate the mounts afterwards

not autoumount/.xml it is automount.xml and is located in etc/enigma2

In which case you don't have any mounts, go into network and create new mounts from there, probably the reason why non are remounted

Done that.....nothing happened....went back into mount manager tried to mount again.....it failed again......tried use as hdd (red button) crashed box...just sent log...no 1352052513.58

How are you mounting, can you go through your steps 1 by 1 as I had all three boxes mounted to each other and worked fine, when when they went into deepstandby - were rediscovered after start

Got hdd and USB both been mounted fine done upgrade to latest vix in feeds...no mounts. Comes up UN available in mount manager. Try to remount comes up failed for both of them. Checked for automount.xml don't have it. Go to network..mounts set up...mount again..press ok...nothing happens. Go into mount manager....mount point management nothing there....went back to vix mount manager tried to create mounts again....media/hdd....and media/USB...crash again...log no 1352053140.73.

Just done re flash to 390...mounts are back...yeeha.....updated to supposedly 399 now on feeds. But it updated to 398 again....and guess what....mounts are gone...again...going back to 390 until this gets sorted.

No idea whats going on for you guys, but i just updated 5 boxes through a combination of telnet and GUI

Vu+ Uno
Vu+ Ultimo
Vu+ Duo
Vu+ Duo LE
TM-Twin

all are showing as on build 399 and none have lost their HDD or USB stick mounts.

EDIT. The ultimo shows as on 399 and the other 4 boxes show as 398 but not one has lost or flipped its mounts.

Ignore that last one didn't read your post correctly........Plonker what I am........

Any way I'm back on 390 and everything running smoothly I'll wait till I update .......on any word about possible problems being found and fixed.

the only boxes of mine currently setup with network mounts are the uno and ultimo both of which are still fine.
