LCD Picons for Gigablue Quad

OK, found the correct place to put the Picons and the display is nice, but on the channels that have not been developed the LCD is now blank. Is there a way of retaining the original LCD display as well as the new Picons?

Did you also upload the lcd_picon folder?

I think Rossi is working on doing the others when he finds the time :thumbsup:

I appreciate it's a time consuming job and sometimes people don't realise how much effort it takes. I was just enquiring if the two picon files could exist together? As I have overwritten the original file, have you a copy of it?

Ok. Found some 19E XPicons 220x132 that might work with Rossi2000's patch... give it a try:

copy lcd_picon folder to /media/usb
copy the xml into /etc/enigma2

reboot box.

odd 1 missing due to cannot find a logo for.

updated the xml.

removed some stuff, bigger fonts, adjusted some screens
alot more readable.


extract the rar and copy to /etc/enigma2 and restart

I did the following

1) copy lcd_picon folder to /media/hdd
2) copy the xml into /etc/enigma2
3) reboot box.

On my GigaBlue Quad Vix 3.0, but I don't see the Picon's on my LCD screen.

What am I doing wroing.

you dont need these anymore, the vix image will re-size your exisitng osd picons onto the lcd. and you can also set this in display in system settings

Hi Rossi2000, i have copied the picon lcd folder into media/hdd & overwite the xml file in usr/share/enigma2, i have vix 3.0 on my GB Quad but after restart nothing has changed on lcd, i am using DCC Thank you.
