How do i get 2nd info bar on 2 presses of OK button on this skin so i can see ecm times etc.

In the openvix settings i have it to show ecms times and 2nd bar opens.
Just since installing this skin i can not find where to install 2nd bar in mymetrix.
I have checked MYSKINPARTS and if i press on green on anything the box crashes and reboots?

it basically allows the receiver to swap a portion of the device you use as a substitute for ram.

I go into MYMETRIX// SKIN PARTS, selected widget with ecm info i.e green/enable and it crashes.
In openstore i don't have any issues just MYMETRIX i do.

Hi Pete, I have just checked this on latest update and all seems ok. I suggest in the beginning that you avoid changing skin parts, as the default ones I include definitely work, any other ones may crash the box or stop other skinparts from working as other people have built them and so may be for alternative images such as VTI or OpenPLI.

On a previous post I added screenshots of the defaults - try it with this setup and it should be fine

Thanks for that advice.
What is best easy way to get skin back to default without full reflash or will it need reflash inorder to remove the file completely.
Would remove plugins correct this?

There is an vix update available to 683 try just updating this first. If not then yes I would remove plugin and then reinstall. Good luck

Hi Scwheeler,
Your correct there was another update as i was on 682, did update.
Then instead of possible things going wrong, i uninstalled the MYMETRIX plugin, then i applied the original vix skin and rebooted box.
I then re-downloaded mymetrix and went on a search for the illusive 2nd info bar.
Well i can say i found it lol.
If i looked

MENU
SETUP
SYSTEM
USER INTERFCACE
SETTINGS

The options are there of which i could not find before.
I believe this was user error on my behalf NOT the skin itself.
The skin once installed is perfectly running.
I will just change colours so i can see some of the text on screen and then leave it be as it look great :thumbsup:

On another note, i can not see the ecm times at all as seen here
Is there any way to show them clearly i.e larger as the font size is too small no matter if i change transparentsy or colour it still remains as such in the picture.

Hello. Try changing the colour to teal.
Open plug in OpenStore>MetrixColors>Classic teal
Apply then save the skin
That should make the ECM text clearer

ive updated to the current vix version and the skin does not work. I have tried uninstalling the plugin and rebooting, even tried reflashing, everything and nothing works. Everytime i load up the receiver i get the default vix skin and it will not change to the metrix skin. Can anyone please help

Goto download plugins, by pressing green button.
Goto SKIN at bottom, then press and install Matrixhd.
Once done press back and you should be in in plugins page where you have RED/REMOVE PLUGINS & GREEN/DOWNLOAD at the bottom.
In the list you will now see MYMETRIX & OPENSTORE have appeared.
Click on MYMETRIX then click on SAVEMYMETRIXHD.
Wait for few minutes and box will reboot.
Once done and box restarted press MENU, SETUP, SYSTEM, SKIN SETUP & METRIXHD.
Box ask to restart gui, click yes and your done.
Read my before post to get the 2nd info bar incase you haev forgotten like i did.
