[GiGaBlue QUAD] Gigablue quad box keeps restarting itself

Hi,
I'm fairly new to all this and wondering if anyone can help me. I've got a giga blue quad box with openvix software. I've had it for a couple of months now. Past few weeks, I've noticed that the box just resets itself sometimes and now sometimes the display on the box crashes or disappears. Any ideas?

have the same problem with mine box.Its a 3-4 days old,and this happened on all image,not only VIX?!?Unit is not hot,temperature is normal....

its not crashing,just rebooting itself,so there is no crashlog.....

In that case enable debug logs.
Menu -> Setup -> System -> Logs -> Settings -> Enable debug log = yes.
Restart & upload the debug log the next time this happens.
