[VU+ Duo] image problem

hi guys new here went from bh to vix and like it so far but when installing image i had ajust margin round screen did that when installed everything it was bit short each side can i now go in fix it with out having flash again cheers guys

The best thing you can do is google overscan and switch it off from your TV's end.

now it in the box end of things i think it the border round my screen in the image not my tv when i press the tv guide on remote the tv box is up from bottom and left side its do to the setings i did on the box when setting up

Yes that's overscan and its the TV not the satellite receiver.

easiest way is to google your tv's make and model number along with the term overscan.
