Vu duo 2 tuner no signal

Hi there I have bought two vu duo2 and setup both in uk and then brought one to Greece with me to replace my technomate, I have signal and pictures on technomate but when I connect up the vu duo2 there is no Satilitte signal being received.

I have ordered a new tuner from uk hopefully arrive this week so I can test new tuner but could this be a software or setup problem

Have you set the tuners up for the satellites you want to view ?.

But as you give us no information about that, we really can't help.

The box is brand new from world of Satelitte so I would say the standard tuners I have setup the main tuner a as usals just like the technomate machine same settings exactly

Are you using loop-through?
Again: telling us your setup might help.
Also which image are you using?

Problem solved did a full rebuild of vix and everything kicked in as it should
