[VU+ Duo2] Online updates problem

I've noticed over the last week or so that the versions have been ticking up from 57-62. I'm on 55 and I still don't have an upgrade waiting. Why would this be?

Turn on unstable updates for this update, then you should be able to turn off unstable again.

Try this it worked for me and can restore backups.

just go into vix/Image manager press the Yellow Button and it will show you the available images for your box
choose the one you want say Apollo 59 press the Green Button to download it to your Hard Drive when it has downloaded press the Red Button to take you back into the Image manager page, then select Apollo.059 usb.zip and then press the Blue Button to install the image to your box
it will then install it with all the options that you get when using a USB memory stick but without the Hassle

No change log? Shame, I like reading what the difference is. It's updating now. Hopefully this fixes the issue that causes it to hang at 77 on reboot. Do you know what the box is doing when it says 77 on the front screen?

Sicilian, do you mean turning on just to install updates which are unstable, or is there a problem with 55 not being able to upgrade to the next stable version? Is 55 that latest stable version? I'm also running 55 on a Solo2 and am confused with the different versions. Where do I find which versions are stable and unstable? Are all versions on http://www.openvix.co.uk/index.php?dir=Vu+Solo2/ unstable as I don't see 55 on there?

i did update from version 55 to 64 by telenet command & it worked perfectly for me on Vu Solo2

did you manage to update off image 55 now? for me the link isn't working and my box is still stuck on 055.

Unfortunately our server was hacked and our hosts took it off line some time yesterday evening. It's backup now and we are uploading the feeds again but it will take a few hrs as there is a lot of data to upload.
