[VU+ Duo] large image on vu duo

I want to try the vix image on my duo but when it boots the picture is too large for the screen and the menus tce are too big to do anything with.Its the latest image Im trying......any ideas

use the screen adjuster in the image or disable overscan in your TV.

Whats the latest image? is it HD or not?

Its the apollo hd image.I cant do any adjustments to the box picture because the controls are off scale.B/hole or pli image boot ok ...thats what I cant fathom.

You need to check if the hd image is compatible with your box. I think thats your problem but I'm not totally sure maybe someone else can confirm this for you.

is compatible because in download section there is a HD version for Vu+ duo.Go to adapt image and makes values much smaller.I have it to on my duo2.Values are 20 to 30 points smaller.

I'm running openvixhd-Apollo.090 on my Duo. No problems at all (famous last words ...lol).
But seriously, it's excellent.

Couldnt see enough on the hd version to adjust the screen but did on the appolo o.90 non hd ,got that working ok.

Then why not used the WEB-IF?
Anyway: if the overscan is so huge, it's not HD you're looking at
