plugin manager VIX1.3

HI,
Just reflashed new VIX1.3 image, looks fantastic!
I am not sure if others are having the same problem or if it just isn't used any more, but when I go into vix menu and go to manage extension (plugin manager) it searches but nothing comes up. Before I could choose to install or de-install plugins.

any advice?

Make sure you have done all software updates

also check your network settings i miss typed my dns settings and it did the same

Ok, I have updated again, network settings are fine as I can use the plugin downloader if I go to menu and plugins and then green button and i can download from here. But its in the setup> software management> manage extensions that doesnt seem to work for me, it just stays on searching for available updates, before i could view what plugins were installed and what were not by the coloured or grey planets and download all at once.

anyone else got this problem?

on any image it always has done for me mate, just give it a miss and use the one you know works.

I have this issue too.
Cams download not available and cant download some plugins . . Looking at Kerni HD skin

Silverfox did online update and it did download something. It then said 0 updates.
I rebooted (twice) and the cam plugins wasnt there and kerni HD said that the download failed.
I dont have the exact error but it seems the same as the lads above.
I have gone back to 1.2 for time being.
Will check back later to see if there is an update.

its possible the kerni hd has been removed due to it being buggy on vix 1.3 i'll check and try download it myself

edit: it seems its been removed as all other plugns are downloading just fine

Hi mate

Did reflash of new image last night and did immediate software update all loaded well including softcams .... today 1pm i did a check to see if any further software updates are available and can report the following

VIX spinner does not appear since the update

Under plugins .. system plugins - Extensions - Demoplugins - Bouquet are the only options now available to choose

CAMS can be found also in menu>plugins>green button, along with other plugins, but you have to do one at a time and it doesn't show what you have or have not installed, the plugin manager in menu>setup>softwaremanagement>manage extensions is what is not working for me, the one that has a coloured eart if its installed and grey if not, and you can download all plugins in one go.

then press green to download

Hi mate

Did another software update and rebooted now have softcam and dvb in the pluging list still looks like vix spinner has taken a walk off screen cannot be seen.
Also note Ccam info on info bar now shows only IP/port no hop or emu time do we now have to use CCcam info to obtain the hops details
