Just joined this great site and I would like to know is there any way of boosting my satellite signal I have HD
but when its no in HD the picture is poor
I have a Panasonic Vierra smart TV which 3 years old
tried to alter settings

Boosting signal will not improve picture quality.

Vieras have a habit of liking a good HD input so if you put anything less than 1080P into it, the picture is less than ideal.

It depends also on the platform used for your viewing..are you using built in freeview or a sat/cable box etc..
your picture quality can be greatly improved using external box or freeview hd reicivers
