[VU+ Solo2] epg not displaying correctly

Hi Guys,
strange problem. Have been running VIXBMC1080 skin without problems and have just updated to version 121. Last night I decided to try Bello skin. All was well when I left it last night, but today strange things have happened. Firstly I am not getting correct EPG info, it was showing last nights programmes on some channels and all picons disappeared. Decided to change back to VIXBMC skin but same problem. I have downloaded epg again and checked settings. It is now showing correct progs in listings but when I press OK button to go into details I am only getting one window to left with just prog title and no details at all. On epg no progs are showing anything other than title. My EPG pathh is Media/HDD I have also lost all my picons which are stored on usb stick. I have reflashed using image manager but no change. Any help appreciated. The only other steps I suppose are to switch box off and reboot that way, and to do a complete clean install from usb.

There is a delete epg option within the epg menu. Use it and see if you fair better.

What version of VIX was you on before updating and how did you update to 121?

Wsa on version 120 and updated via onscreen update. I am going to try a clean install of 121. I have tried flashing via image manager

I had this problem a couple of times when I had an issue with the satellite signal (windy conditions!) and I'm not really sure why.
Are your tuners all set ok with a decent signal?

Most annoyingly the wind this weekend has moved it yet again so I need to buy some new larger ladders to be able to get up to the dish to position it as it's above the roof line (which makes it susceptible to the wind!) but perfect for the addition of a motor!

Flashing by USB and by Image Manager are the same.

checked that M8 all ok. it is a bit of a mystery. Can't understand where my picons have gone????

Can you plug USB stick in PC and check contents?

yes can do M8. For interest just changed EPG location from Media/HDD to Media /USB and dowloaded but still not working

sorted this now. Reflashed with 121 on usb, and also restored settings and plugins. Have gone back onto Bello skin and that seems to be a lot better now. A strange problem. out of interest, why does the Linuxsat Addons plugin never restore??
