[VU+ Duo] tune failed !

hi guys, would appreciate if you could kindly help me with my issue.

Only FTA channels are currently working, once i go on other channels it shows "Tune failed". I scanned using ABM and it found all the channels but only FTA working (cccam 2.3.0 is active).

My tuners are set up as they always are:

configuration mode. Simple
Mode Single
Satellite 28.2E Eurobird 1..Astra 1N/2A/2B/2D
Send DiSEqC No.

Both Tuners A and B.

currently when i go to Signal finder it shows as:

Tuner A

snr 59%
agc 39%
ber 0
has a green tick on lock.

tuner B
snr 59%
agc 45%
ber 0%
has a green tick on lock.

would appreciate all help. thanks.

sounds like dish moved as readings are very low for the strongest sat.

hi thank you for your reply, so would you reccomend me calling someone over to check my satellite on the roof and perhaps allign it?

also what readings am i looking out for?
