If flashed correctly I cant see how your getting a green screen loop

What dont you post the crash log?

I have been a few problems with this new image and the green screen looping and the only way to get it off is to unplug and restart .
seems to be doing it when i go into the menu, cant give you a correct list yet as its been doing it on a few button presses and i cant get the crash log due to it sticking on the green screen loop .

will try and re flash again and see what happens :wave:

I've been testing the new image today. The box crashes (green screen) when i try to go to the device manager.
Is this normal? Is ther any other way to mount point my hard disk?

No I have'nt before, but now I have done I software update, 30 updates done, restarted the box and tryed again, the image crashed again when I go to the devices manager. I can't have acces to the hard disk log file becouse hard disk is unmounted.
Should I go back to my Black Hole back up or is there any solution?

For CCCam copy your config and key files to PC (Shared folder). Copy the binary to PC (FTP). Flash 2.0. Copy config and key files back (Shared folder). Copy binary back (Shared folder on 2.0). Start it in Softcam Manager on the box. Set it to autostart. Takes all of 2 mins in total.

VIX EPG,

In VIX 1.3 I had it so the EPG showed the picture and long description, but in 2.0 it is just showing the EPG grid with no long description or image. How do I turn that back on?

If you click on epg on ur remote, then hit menu and you can change the settings from there

I don't know if its just me being thick, but when you search for a program there is the option to record it. I'd like a button that let you set is as an autotimer like you can from the EPG???

Folks, I still can't access the plugin or update feeds on the VIX 2.0 image despite having all aspects of my network working perfectly and all network enabled plug ins working flawlessly i.e EPG sources, IMDB, Network browser, CCcam.
I am just wondering if its possible for someone to upload an Image of the latest 2.0.2 image in the hope that this updated image will allow whatever is causing the current plugin/update issue myself and a few others are having to be bypassed!

hate to sound like a broken string but have always loved that the chan+/- buttons switched bouquets. so had to search for the post by irishchris on 1.3 to show me how to do this again. i just think its a really good default. or could someone explain to me how i can switch between bouquets in a different way. family currently adjusted to irishchris way. is there a better way? have yet to find one!

if they are in normal infobar, they should found in quickepg

hmm, what skin ?

oooh didnt think about the skin. im using Vali.HD.nano btw slightly related query ... whats the nano editor plugin in the "Others" category in the plugins feed? any relation to the skin?

nano is a linux text editor, useful if you telnet into the box & want to edit any config files.
