updating my Ultimo 4k last night from 6.7.003 to 6.7.019 and just froze, i am just left with Open Vix logo any way to recover it

is there a recovery files, i put image 6.7.003 on usb flash drive is that right beit just stops on boot logo

download new image and unzip directly to usb stick fat32 then do usb flash.

downloaded image 6.7.006 i get starting for about 15 seconds then goes to boot logo, nothing after that

when i unzip download it come as vuplus folder then a folder ultimo4k, do i put the vuplus folder or ultimo4k on usb

#4 and follow instructions link

you do not need to use either. READ the link and #4

i have just put the files on USB, i have a tried a few differant images, not getting update prompt also tried all usb port front and rear

You were meant to transfer the vuplus folder. By transferring that folder, the contents will be copied across too. Please post a picture/screenshot of your USB drive layout. What size is your USB flash drive What file system is it ( fat 16, fat 32, exfat)?

Secondly, does your receiver show up on your network? You can check with Angry IP scanner or logging in to your router.

I would be surprised if a software update killed the image completely…… have you tried accessing the box through a telnet(e.g. putty) session? Or checked network to see if it still shows up?

i was updating it just froze left it for about 30 minutes then turned it off, i would like some info on putty i have never used it and how does it work

Putty allows a connection with the receiver so that you can execute linux commands and diagnose issues with the reciver…..providing you still have internet access.

I have deleted the picture with your email address. The other pictures do not show the full layout structure of the USB flash drive.

A guide to Putty is here: https://world-of-satellite.com/threads/how-to-use-putty-for-unix-linux-commands.40948/
Can you please log into your receiver and issue following commands. Paste, don't type

init 4 && ENIGMA_DEBUG_LVL=4 /usr/bin/enigma2

Copy and paste the whole output into a text file and attach the file (not just contents).

Don't you have anyone who can help you remotely using temaviewer?

i am not sure what you mean with full layout structure of USB, the USB is only 1gb, thank you for deleting the other picture
