Unable to tune channel TogetherTV on FreeView - black screen.

If I tune my VU+ Duo4K SE to TogetherTV or TogetherTV+1 on FreeView I can get an EPG with what seems like a complete set of recordings, but switching to either channel results in a black screen. I'd appreciate a suggestion of where to look.

I did a rescan and a few channels disappeared, leaving me with Together TV and Together TV+1 from the original four.

They both show a normal EPG but tuning into either of the channels just gives me a black screen. If I try to record from the EPG then it looks OK but the resultant video file is zero length.

I am suspecting the channels now since no other channel does that.

Remove services then scan.
With no menus showing, press up next to ok
Green, satellite/orbital
Highlight terrestrial
Menu, remove terrestrial services
Confirm
Restart
Scan again

I would also suggest that you enable the namespace subnet. Its in one of the menus in the scanning section. Just in case you are getting one from a nearby mast.

If live TV is blank, of course recording will be blank too.

When did you look?
Together TV only broadcasts from 18:00 to 01:00 and Together TV+1 only does so from 05:00 to 08:00.

OK so I did a "remove terrestrial services" and re-scanned. All looks OK, the two channels had populated EPGs but again a black screen and zero length recordings. However this was before 18:00. I will check again later.

I went into Setup->Tuners & Scanning->Miscellaneous and changed "Ignore DVB-T namespace sub network" from yes to no. There was no obvious change, so do I need to delete channels and rescan again?

The EPG for Together TV shows three movies spanning the time from about 13:00 to 18:00 today - The Assassination Bureau, Gloves Off and Heartbreakers. Nothing about broadcast starting at 18:00. So there seems to be a disconnect between what the Freeview EPG is showing and what is really being transmitted.

Together TV's own site shows Gloves Off followed by Heartbreakers this afternoon.

There is a page on the site called "The future of TV is TV" which suggests they plan to switch to IPTV "at the end of October". Maybe this has already happened?

Correction - I found the place on the Together TV site where they state that broadcasts start at 18:00 for Freeview. For Freesat (which I don't have, just as an example) it says "all day every day'.
