PiP - Is there a way to enable audio?

I can't enable my home CCTV stream in PiP, probably due to the format.
Is there a way to watch CCTV on the main screen and enable audio for the PiP?
I would like to be able to watch the CCTV for deliveries etc and still have the news on.
I was hoping that zapping focus to PiP would do it, but it doesn't.

Alternatively, is there a way to convert a stream in this format to play in PiP?:
I've tried just changing 4097 to 1 but it doesn't work.

I don't know what to do with that. The indenting is complete nonsense. It's hard to tell what is on what indent. Can you find the same plugin anywhere else?

Long time ago written for dreamboxes.
The logic inside is stupid imho.
Not intuitive and pointless plugin for me....

P.S. Besides since the plugin swaps main with PiP picture by repositioning it it will never work for UHD channels since only main video decoder supports it. So service that is on PiP will not have video if it is UHD.

Apparently it's function was to be able to watch football in HD on a German Channel but to have English audio via a low quality English Channel in PiP.

I was hoping I would be able to watch my home CCTV in my man cave to monitor deliveries etc and to be able to watch the news with audio in PiP.
My CCTV won't play in PiP due to the stream format. I will have to put the radio on
