Have you tried re-flashing WITHOUT settings restore?

Have you tried re-flashing WITH a settings restore?

YES

Since updating to 6.8.009 and reloading backup, for no apparent reason the only channel that works on 15W is bbc1 hd the rest are blank.
I have solved this by loading an older backup, but if I then save it and reload it, it no longer works.
Any ideas what's going on here please?

After trying different 6.8 versions the problem persisted, so I have gone back to 6.7.020 and everything is back to normal.
Can anyone explain why latest images seem to affect the satback channels ?

Can you try 6.8.003 and then 6.8.004 so we can see if it happened between those two?

I have tried 6.8.003 and it's working.
I have also tried 6.8.006 (there is no 6.8.004) and it doesn't work.

I have been cleaning up my lamedb file. There were still entries in there from when those channels were on 27.5w and I thought that might be causing problem, so I deleted them and tried 6.8.006 again but no luck. So reverted back to 6.8.003

Ok, we are getting and image ready for you. In the mean time can I have a copy of the lamedb for 15 west, from the working image... and another from the not working image after zapping through all the channels and then restarting enigma. After the restart grab the file back off the box so we can see how the box has modified lamedb.

curious I just did a scan on 15W and see all channels 13 db and lock but nothing opens or shows coding

Not sure what channels should be clearing but I have just tried this on my Solo2 and BBC1 &2, CBBC, ITV, Ch4 and Ch5 are all clearing or is it the PowerVu channels that you are after?
