[VU+ Duo] A few problems with vix help needed please

Hi been using VIX since March with my VU+ Duo

and teh last 2 weeks ive noticed a bizzare problem
when i use epg or tv menu the small display screen remains when i exit


also it froze yesterday a full reset was needed

any suggestions please

i dont know think it was the one before the latest now
i clicked on info and it dont tell me

thats strange?!?! do you access to the pluin feeds? if you do you are on either zues or Helios

if on Zeus you will have to do a fresh flash but can use back up manager to back everything up before you do this.

if you are on Helios you should be able to update via software update on the image itself

ok i just made a backup shall i do a new flash with Helios 017?

in that case go to VIX and then back up manager to back up your box

download the latest image from here http://www.world-of-satellite.com/enigma2/openvix/index.php?dir=Vu+Duo/

and perform a full re-flash :thumbsup:

full Flashe performed with sucsess had to re upload softcam config files but even after restore no big deal
but this picture in picture glitch come back again lol
if i press blue button the disable PP is enabled and have to keep disabling it and the picture flickers bad
