[ET9x00] a request: add a powertimer which restarts your softcam

hi guys,

im having to stay on build 718 due to a timer issue i get with later builds (get a spinner) but it doesnt happen on 718.

any thats besides the point.

on the XTA image, they have a power timer which enabled the softcam to restart.

for me, RAI1 HD doesnt clear without restarting ccccam, all other channels are fine, bit weird i know.

anyway, it would be good if you could introduce a power timer like XTA have done.

Just thought i'd point out that even if this request is upheld and incorporated into the image it will not be in the build your on but in a future image build, so you would have to update the image to take advantage of it.

Don't see the point in this, I've just tested Four twin tuner receivers, none have an issue switching from any channel to RAI HD.
