Additional usb DVB-T sticks support

Today malakudi from openpli forum revealed additional modules and patches for various dvb-t sticks - http://www.pli-images.org/forum/viewthread.php?forum_id=48&thread_id=17444&pid=188822#post_188822.
What is really interested is that he fixed Avermedia Black Volar HD - A850 support, which i too have at home.
He also fixed drivers for Siano smsdvb chipset sticks.

Can i ask when can we expect this to be incorporated into vix 2.x image? I know houdini (?) is doing something in this department. I hope he made some progress or maybe thiss will speed it up.

just check those patches, and we have been using them in our build since 2.0, apart from the one HE MADE 'v4l-dvb-smsdvb_fix_frontend.patch', all the others can just be found on the net, and we have had them in our vix 2.0 from day one.

i dont have a 'Avermedia Black Volar HD', but sic does and we did test it and it did not work. so if if some can tell me what modules are need to be installed i will see if can retry to build them.

we have not seen houdini since we started vix 2.0, he has been very busy with work.

i tested a850 stick today and reported all my findings to malakudi. It doesnt work...

a850 is real pain in the arse. But i also have Nova-T too and it works ok
