Is it possible for the channel numbering to just but 1,2,3,.... instead of 101,102,103,...?

Yes it is.

For default say no. After it has run, delete the first bouquet.

Yes, but as you're using ABM, it correctly uses the providers channel numbers unless you use a custom ABM file.
Have a look at /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/SystemPlugins/AutoBouquetsMaker/custom/README.txt to create a custom ABM file to suit your needs.

Sorry, posted at the same time as Abu did on reading.
Lots of options available, including using 'Alternative numbering mode' in channel screen/menu settings if that suits better?
Or deleting first bouquet as Abu suggests.
