[TM-NANO-3T COMBO] Black screen crashed

Hi

Recently my new technomate 3t is getting a black screen where it crashes the box. everything stops working no button on controller works or on the box. it is completely dead. I have to reboot.

It has only done this recently and box is only 1 month old

I have tried a full rebuild with no settings restore but still getting same problem

Any Ideas?

You think its a box problem? I got it from world of sat. Has anyone else had this problem or just me?

Are you getting this issue daily? Or has it happened just once?

Getting it daily although im not here most of the day on weekdays but when watching in evening its at least once a day. Iv watched it all day today and its happened at least once about 3 hours ago
