Bogus local network fault

I notice VIX has this problem as its based on PLi 2.0 this has been fixed on the latest commit on the Pli site might be worth looking at what they did andy

i think he's on about when he does the network test it comes up as "local network: failed (red)" even though all network is working fine

yeah it certainly would be nice though if people could explain the faults there talking about. i know were good here but even sic aint psychic.
